Welcome to The Glory Mirror.  What is it you ask?

The Glory Mirror is based on

2 Cor. 3:18  ¹⁸ But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.  (NKJV)

What does it mean to behold the Lord?  How are we transformed?  And what does that ‘from glory to glory’ thing mean anyway?  The basic principle at work here is when we behold Him, we become more like Him.  As we set aside time and meditate and gaze upon the Lord, scripture states we are transformed to His image.  i.e.  We become more like Him.  But how does that transformation take place?  Is lengthy contemplation the only way He shows us who He is?  That is a major way, but not the only way.  He uses the circumstances of our lives to show us who He is.  Those circumstances may be a dark and painful road He has faithfully traveled with us or they may be the supernatural breakthrough of victory.  He may use the Sunday morning message, the good, the bad, the glorious, the burden of the evening news or the mercy of a child. He is speaking all around us, with the goal of showing us who He, is so we become like Him.

The blogs on this website are meant to give us glimpses of who Jesus is.  Those glimpses might be seen in a tidbit of truth He has whispered to my heart.  They may be a testimony of His healing or deliverance.  It may be a declaration of His faithfulness during a hard and difficult season. The goal is to KNOW HIM and to become like Him; day by day, transfoming this mortal, temporal glory into the Glory of the One and Only, begotten by the Father as He lives His life thru us.
