A little about me…  Below is a family picture.  I’m the bearded guy in the left half.  Beside me is the “the wife of my youth”, as scripture calls it.  Around us are our 5 children, mostly in college, but some are graduated.  Our family is growing.  Son #3 was recently married, so I need an updated family picture!

I was saved and baptized at the young age of 7 and raised in a bible believing non-denominational church.  After college, I started attending spirit-filled churches while living in Kansas City.  I don’t really remember a time I didn’t know the Lord.  Bottom line, I am a believer in Jesus, saved by the blood of the lamb, waiting for His soon return.

We have lived in St. Louis about 18 years where I work as an engineer for a large defense contractor.  Since our time is Kansas City, we have been involved in what I’ll call the prophetic and intercession stream in the church.  To that end, I am also involved as an intercessor in a local prayer ministry.

This blog and website are a little step of faith.  I feel I have been prompted by the Lord, and confirmed by Him, to try to share my thoughts and experiences in the Lord.  Hopefully you will feel blessed by it.  If all goes well, I’ll get my wife to share too!  (She is really more anointed at writing than I).  I can add a page for her with just a click of the mouse!
